Hands on experience for managing and improving the MNO/MVNO Core Network deployment. Play an active role in modernizing the core network to support the EPC and 5G SA network. Liaisoning with other core networks to integrate the solution for MVNO. Lead projects and drive teams through pilot and production deployments. Design and planning of VNF, CNF, and PNF workloads for telecom applications. Work closely with multiple departments from engineering to network to provide excellent customer experience. Work closely with multiple vendors and the SCM Team in techno-commercial discussions to lead the decisions as per network requirements. Ideal Candidate: Bachelor s Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Electronics Key Competencies: [Mandatory] An excellent in-depth hands-on knowledge of Packet/Circuit Core Networks, IMS, Charging with a Multi-Vendor Experience. [Mandatory] A hands-on experience in high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) making for all 2G / 3G / EPC / 5GC network/feature implementation Owns end-to-end design, planning, capacity, and dimensioning areas of core domains by envisaging impact and forecasts. Strong understanding of Subscriber Lifecycle, Voice, SMS and Data call flows (Home and Roaming), Signalling Interfaces, Database (HLR/HSS), and their message flows. Broad understanding of Cloud Native Architecture, including OpenStack, Containerization, Virtualization, Storage, and Server Technologies. Experience creating and validating the BOM and solution, leading RFPs, and optimising the HW requirement. Good analytical experience in KPIs and counters to establish precise problematic areas and solutions/features associated with parameters and further ability to tune them as per network requirements. Prior working experience with a Mobile Network Operator is value added.
