Role & responsibilities . 1. Design & Planning Create architectural designs that are functional, aesthetic, and market-relevant. 2. Site Analysis & Feasibility Assess site conditions, zoning laws, and project feasibility. 3. Regulatory Compliance Ensure designs meet building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements. 4. Project Coordination Collaborate with developers, engineers, and contractors for smooth execution. 5. Supervision Oversee site progress to ensure design accuracy and quality control.
