Senior Architect-Luxury Projects & Visionary Design

Artius Interior is seeking a Senior or Principal Architect with a proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, high-end residential and commercial projects. This role is ideal for a visionary design leader who can drive complex projects end-to-end, manage teams, and work closely with Ultra HNI clients to bring bold ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of large-scale architecture and interior projects
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, engineers, and internal teams
• Handle project briefing, design presentations, and client approvals
• Ensure design excellence, quality control, and compliance with regulations
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Supervise a team of junior architects and designers
• Provide strategic inputs to align design goals with business objectives
• Represent the firm in high-profile client meetings and industry events

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.Arch or M.Arch from a reputed institute
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design
• Strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills
• Experience working with HNI/UHNI clients and premium projects is essential
• Excellent design sense and proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite
• Strong understanding of materials, detailing, construction techniques, and site coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, design-driven environment
