Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our growing team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of architectural projects, including design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and site execution. Key Responsibilities Oversee entire project lifecycle—from concept design and client coordination to final construction and handover. Prepare and review detailed working drawings (especially in AutoCAD). Collaborate with MEP, structural consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction quality, progress, and adherence to design. Manage a team of architects and site engineers; delegate tasks for timely and accurate delivery. Ensure compliance with building codes and local regulations/byelaws . Maintain accurate project documentation and client communications. Close coordination with clients to finalize design approvals and resolve on-site issues efficiently. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience , preferably in luxury residential or hospitality projects . Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Strong technical knowledge of construction details, MEP coordination, and structural systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and contractors. Why Join Us?
