Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 4–8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion

  , MS Office Suite, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong knowledge of

  building codes, DCR, regulations, and construction practices

  .
• Excellent skills in

  design, technical detailing, and problem-solving

  .
• Ability to collaborate with

  multidisciplinary teams and consultants

  .
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

1. Design Development & Execution

Lead the design process from concept development to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Prepare, review, and refine architectural designs, drawings, presentations, and technical details.

2. Project Coordination & Collaboration

Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, Structural, Landscape, etc.) to maintain design intent and project goals.

Address and resolve technical challenges during the project lifecycle.

3. Technical Expertise & Quality Control

Develop and review detailed working drawings and technical documentation in line with project standards and DCR.

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify design-related issues, and ensure compliance with specifications.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all design deliverables.

4. Deliverable Planning & Execution

Plan and manage the timely delivery of drawings, documentation, and presentations.

Track project phases and milestones in collaboration with the Project Architect and consultants.

Highlight scheduling discrepancies and support the Team Lead in resolving them.

5. Team Support & Mentorship

Provide guidance, technical input, and design direction to Junior Architects and Interns.

Foster a collaborative learning environment for the team.

6. Client & Stakeholder Interaction

Support and participate in client presentations and design discussions.

Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback into design development and revisions.
