Position Summary : The position will play a critical role in supporting the business development and application support for industrial adhesives. Work closely with customers, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful application, performance, and promotion of adhesive products in various industrial applications. Key Responsibilities: Application Support and Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level support for industrial adhesive applications, including guidance on proper product selection, surface preparation, and adhesion techniques. Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, technical presentations, and product testing to showcase adhesive solutions. Identify customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions to optimize product performance in their manufacturing processes. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to adhesive applications, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their application requirements and provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while exploring new business opportunities. Act as the point of contact for all technical inquiries from customers and ensure timely responses. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support sales efforts, including providing technical input for product proposals and customer presentations. Contribute to sales meetings and help identify potential business opportunities within the industrial sector. Product Knowledge and Market Insights: Stay up to date with the latest trends, innovations, and technologies in the adhesive industry. Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitor products, and emerging market opportunities. Share market insights and customer feedback with the product development and marketing teams. Training and Development: Provide training and mentoring to junior engineers, sales staff, and customers on adhesive applications and best practices. Conduct internal training sessions to improve the technical knowledge of the team. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare technical reports, test data, and application performance reports for internal teams and customers. Regularly update the RSM/Sr.ASM or NSM on project status, customer feedback, and market developments.
