Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Appian processes. - Architect scalable solutions that integrate the latest Appian features and tools. - Define and implement strategies to improve process execution and platform performance. - Oversee process automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Design robust workflows and guide system integration efforts. - Act as a problem-solving expert, tackling complex challenges with innovative solutions. Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in Appian development and architecture. - Appian certified (e.g., Appian Certified Lead Developer or higher). - Extensive expertise in Appian process design, implementation, and optimization. - Proven experience in process automation and workflow design. - Strong leadership in system architecture and integration. Preferred Skills: Expertise in Java and REST APIs for backend integrations.
