Senior Android Developer

Position: Full-time

Experience: 3+ years of experience

Location: Hyderabad (On-site), Telangana, India

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin, Java, and Flutter (where applicable for cross-platform needs).
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy new features.
  
• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
  
• Work with REST APIs, third-party libraries, and SDK integrations.
  
• Lead and mentor junior developers and handle escalations of complex issues.
  
• Participate in regular code reviews, testing, and debugging efforts.
  
• Support UAT, deployment, and release management processes.
  
• Drive the In-house Vehicle finance Sales Vertical.
  
• Ensure application compliance with business standards and Google Play Store policies.
  

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Android development.
  
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
  
• Experience with Flutter for hybrid or shared module development.
  
• Published at least two Android apps on Google Play.
  
• Solid knowledge of Android SDK, REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
  
• Strong understanding of Google Play policies, including the ability to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest updates.
  
• Experience working in large-scale mobile projects with multi-module architectures.
  
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, especially fintech or capital markets.
  
• Proficiency in MySQL, with ability to write and optimize complex queries.
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Firebase, Crashlytics).
