THIRD PARTY RISK MANAGEMENT SENIOR ANALYST
The Team
The Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team oversees the Deloitte U.S. Firms’ third-party due diligence process by enabling various risk domains (e.g., Anti-Corruption, Independence and Conflicts Network, Cyber Security) to perform their respective due diligence processes.In Hyderabad, you will be a part of Risk & Brand Protection (R&BP) within the Enterprise Solutions which is responsible for certain strategic, regulatory, risk and compliance driven operations. These operations include assistance in managing risk and maintaining databases for compliance monitoring functions.
Work you will do:
As a member of the TPRM team, you will be performing the following type of work:
- Analyze data within the TPRM Gateway for the purposes of reporting and other various diligence activities on all third parties of Deloitte U.S. Firms
- Execute system queries against defined objectives and for overall process health and anomaly detection
- Respond to user queries and work with risk & compliance groups to process third party submissions
Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of TPRM Gateway
- Gain basic knowledge and understanding of Deloitte U.S. third party due diligence policies and guidelines, as well as working knowledge and proficiency in various risk & compliance group compliance processes and monitoring functions
- Gain full understanding of Aravo configuration to support and develop TPRM Gateway
- Provide technical support related to all elements of TPRM Gateway, including user access, user interface, reporting & monitoring, bulk import jobs, and process support.
- Maintain proper documentation of all the changes made or issues found.
- Respond to Service Now tickets and work with risk & compliance groups to process third party submissions
- Liaise with the TPRM Gateway stakeholders on third party due diligence matters and system requests
- Provide other support related to reporting of activity from TPRM Gateway and analyzing metrics for performance of third party diligence efforts
- Trouble-shoot any potential flawed system behavior to identify root cause(s) and develop and verify fixes.
- Identify any potential platform issue and open support case to platform vendor on salesforce.
- Define enhancement ideas for better solutioning to business requirements
- Collaboratively work with colleagues in the US and USI to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the TPRM Gateway
- Provide other support to the TPRM leadership
Key Skills
- Experience with Aravo configuration or aptitude to learn complex configuration
- Experience with configurating/administering and/or developing an application and/or platform is required
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools
- Experience in reading and writing system logic (conditions and validations) preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to analyze problems and facilitate solutions
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility in working on several processes or projects simultaneously to meet team goals and responsibilities
- Ability to work with tools including Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Service Now, Jira, Confluence
- Strong track record of working remotely and independently
- Strong experience in working collaboratively with subject matter resources in often a virtual and cross border environment
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in investigations (troubleshooting), other forensic reviews, or implementation testing beneficial, but not required
- Configuration knowledge within Aravo Solutions is preferred, but is not required
- Experience with configuring/administering and/or developing an application and/or platform is required
- Experience with Transact-SQL queries for ad-hoc reporting (SQL Server)
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools/packages
- Ability to interpret design and requirements to build reports (i.e., Tableau, SSRS, Excel), and perform application changes preferred
- Experience with application and/or platform troubleshooting, and support is required
- Experience building design documentation to support application configuration (i.e., Microsoft Visio, or other data modeling tools) preferred
- Experience working on data analytics projects that included data mining, query development, data quality assessments, and/or statistical analysis is a plus
Work Location: HyderabadShift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM ( As per Business Requirement)
