Senior Analyst / Team Lead

In this role, you will be expected to have 1+ years of professional experience, including full-time roles, internships, or summer jobs, demonstrating accountability and a willingness to learn in a structured work environment. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel should be strong, enabling you to read and understand complex formulas, modify existing spreadsheets, and create new formulas to support data analysis and reporting needs. Additionally, hands-on experience with other Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook will be necessary to prepare presentations, manage documentation, and coordinate communications effectively. An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills are crucial, as you will be required to assist team members and business users in resolving data or process-related issues efficiently. Your strong customer service orientation should be evident through a proactive attitude in addressing stakeholder needs and ensuring quality outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, allowing you to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally across different levels of the organization. Adaptability and flexibility are key traits needed to manage shifting priorities and changing business requirements in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience managing or processing large volumes of data transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established processes and standards. Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel is highly desirable, including the ability to create Macros, leverage pivot tables, and use data visualization tools to simplify complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
