Senior Analyst, Product Management, Fintech (Clearing)

As a Business Analyst at Nasdaq Technology Calypso RnD Department in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in the development of the Clearing Platform. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in Post-Trade Processing, Clearing Operations, and Collateral Management. You will collaborate with the Operations Clearing Product Team, Engineering, and QA Team, as well as engage with clients and market participants to gather requirements within the FinTech industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Articulate and document requirements with mockup designs for Developer and QA implementation - Understand end-to-end ETD Clearing operations processing including Trade Give Up/Take Up/Allocation, Average Price trade, Block Trade allocation, etc. - Collaborate with internal teams for gathering requirements, testing features, and business testing packages - Participate in technical design reviews, functional specification reviews, project estimates, and test plans - Proactively identify and address potential problems/issues to developers and QA - Conduct performance testing, review results, and identify bottlenecks **Qualifications Required:** - At least 3-6 years of experience in ETD Clearing Operation profile - Expertise in articulating requirements and detailing changes in user guides - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and implement projects - Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance, or related discipline - Experience with Settlement Processes and Financial Products - Excellent soft/written communication skills - Product Management skills In addition to the above, Nasdaq offers: - Annual monetary bonus - Health Insurance Program - Flexible working schedule and hybrid work model - Flex day program (up to 6 paid days off a year) - Wide selection of online learning resources If you are a self-motivated individual with good communication skills and a desire to deliver top technology solutions to today's markets, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
