Fostering Uniformity among all SHIP page (a Wiki webpage for internal information sharing), in particular to be able to manage and implement improvements/modification that affects multiple pages assuring they are done in the same way for all pages Supporting Evolution and Maintenance of SHIP Pages, regularly checking all pages are updated and eventually reminding Page Owners to update them Acting as contact person for SHIP owners and users, responding to the needs and fostering the general communication and collaboration between various interfaces Supporting Regional go-to-market Plan Uploading and Maintenance in SHIP (including Detailed Packages and related filters)Process: support the execution of application prioritization processManages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality technical content QUALIFICATIONS AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences Minimum 3-4 years of experience in scientific content writing or related field Familiar with Microsoft Office apps such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc Other digital knowledge such as familiarity with SmartSheet, Microsoft Teams List, Wiki platform (Atlassian), ChatGPT will be a plus BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Curious and comfortable asking questions; adaptable, flexible, and welcoming to change Strong networking stakeholder management skillsResults-driven
