Job Description

Application, Synthetic and infrastructure Monitoring using Dynatrace SaaS Use of Dynatrace to monitor/troubleshoot application s Performance and availability. Use of Dynatrace to set up alerting. Producing reports to meet application and infrastructure planning and management needs, on both a regular and ad-hoc basis. Providing advice and consultancy to management and technical teams on performance, capacity and availability matters, diagnostics and root cause analysis. Ensure that all relevant processes and procedures are adhered to Qualification Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience monitoring domain Graduate of any discipline Knowledge on "Python" language/Unix Systems Shell scripting knowledge (Desirable) Strong analytical and numerical skills ITIL V3 Knowledge Good knowledge on IT Infrastructure
