Senior Analyst - Incentive Calculations

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting stakeholders during early hours to ensure greater collaboration and alignment with Asia Pacific region markets. Additionally, you will deliver services through a structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services. Your services will include resource planning and deployment, field performance excellence, CRM & data quality support, field excellence reporting and insights, creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), developing and maintaining knowledge repositories, supporting team leaders in on-boarding new associates, participating in knowledge sharing sessions, and ensuring operational governance with organizational leadership.
