The Position This role will be responsible for utilizing the Business Process Management tool (SAP Signavio) to create detailed process maps, delivering AS-IS and optimized process maps, as part of the Digital Process Excellence (DPX) function of Finance GBS. As a Senior Analyst: BPM, you will also be involved in below mentioned responsibilities: Conduct process analysis of existing business processes, identify improvement areas, efficiency gains and design optimized processes by process modelling, simulation and evaluation using the BPM Tool. Support the DPX Team to implement optimized BPM solutions, monitor, validate and verify the outcomes and benefits of the BPM projects. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented processes, assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to BPM tools and processes. Contribute to the development of a continuous improvement culture exploring value added through identifying improvement opportunities. Collect stakeholder feedback and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and update process maps and documentation as needed and ensure that process maps are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives. Qualifications Relevant academic background at minimum master s level within Business or Finance. Minimum 5-8 years of overall work experience of which at least 3-5 years in Business process analysis and design, transformation, continuous improvement. Well-versed with BPM tools like Signavio, Aris. Experience and certification in BPM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, Kaizen. Knowledge of the Financial Accounting processes. Experience working with global stakeholders is preferred along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Can operate on strategic, tactic and operational level, preferably strong skills on service culture and delivery, process standardization and optimization.
