Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sales management, marketing, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Design, execute, and embed an ongoing roadmap to provide market-leading tools for RDs and Coverage.
  • Develop and implement an ongoing training plan to deliver world-class learning opportunities.
  • Support the delivery of market-leading client collateral to enhance RDs' competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with Product to develop industry/segment-focused products and multi-product solutions.
  • Build data capability across UK Corporate to enable client insights driving acquisitions and increased wallet share.
  • Maximize the positive impact of UCRM and Salesforce as a tool for Corporate Banking.
  • Implement agreed minimum standards and best practices across UK Corporate, supporting this with sales management tools to drive overall success.
  • Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard, impacting both the role itself and surrounding roles.
  • Lead and supervise a team, guiding professional development, allocating work requirements, and coordinating resources.
  • Demonstrate clear leadership behaviors to foster an environment for colleagues to thrive and deliver consistently excellent results.
  • Execute work requirements as identified in processes and procedures, collaborating with and impacting on closely related teams.
  • Check colleagues' work to meet internal and stakeholder requirements.
  • Provide specialist advice and support within own work area.
  • Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls related to personal work areas.
  • Deliver work and responsibilities in line with relevant rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.
  • Maintain and continually build understanding of how all teams contribute to broader sub-function objectives.
  • Continually develop awareness of underlying principles and concepts.
  • Make judgments based on practice and previous experience.
  • Assess the validity and applicability of previous experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures.
  • Communicate sensitive or difficult information to customers regarding customer advice or administrative needs.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders/customers to identify and address their needs.

  • Demonstrate the mindset to empower, challenge, and drive the operating manual for how we behave.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sales management tools, marketing strategies, and analytical techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Educational qualifications: B.Tech/B.E., MBA/PGDM.
