Job Description

As an experienced Mixed-Signal Layout professional, you should have a strong background in designing layouts for advanced technologies like TSMC 7nm / 5nm FINFET. It is crucial to be familiar with additional keywords such as 22FDX, 12FDX, and FDSOI to excel in this role. Your key responsibilities will include working on various Mixed-Signal layout blocks such as: - High-speed SerDes components like Transmitter (Tx), Receiver (Rx), PLL, USR, LNA, etc. - Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) including SAR ADC, Delta-sigma ADC, Dual Slope ADC, Pipelined ADC, Flash ADC. - Digital-to Analog Converters (DACs) like Weighted Resistor DAC, R-2R Ladder DAC. - Designing GPIO, XTAL, and Auxiliary cells. - Handling High-speed IOs such as DDR2/3/4, MIPI, SATA, USB, LVDS, etc. It is expected that you have hands-on expertise with industry-standard EDA tools like Cadence Virtuoso L/XL/GXL, Cadence PVS, and Mentor Graphics Calibre. Your educational background should include a B.E./B.Tech. or Masters/M.Tech. degree in a relevant field.
