Job Description

  • Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Alliance Solutioning Manager to play a pivotal role in executing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy with strategic technology partners
  • This individual will focus ondeveloping joint solutions, enabling co-selling opportunities, and ensuring GTM execution excellence in collaboration with internal stakeholders and partner organizations
  • The role will report to theHead of GTM Strategic Alliances and will work closely with sales, engineering, delivery, and marketing teams
  • Key ResponsibilitiesSolutioning Joint Offerings Develop joint solution architectures that integrate partner technologies with our engineering services
  • Translate customer needs into solution blueprints aligned with partner roadmaps and our service capabilities
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to package repeatable offerings and accelerators
  • Go-to-Market Execution Revenue Growth Execute GTM initiatives with partners, including joint campaigns, solution showcases, and sales plays
  • Drive co-selling opportunities by equipping sales teams with solution collateral, partner messaging, and enablement sessions
  • Track, measure, and report on pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and partner-led opportunities
  • Partner Management Collaboration Act as the day-to-day liaison with partner stakeholders for joint solutioning and GTM execution
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, engineering, delivery, marketing) to ensureseamless alignment
  • Provide field feedback to improve joint offerings and strengthen partner engagement
  • Operational Excellence Ensure joint GTM initiatives are executed on time and within scope
  • Maintain a clear rhythm of business for reporting progress, tracking ROI, and driving continuous improvement
  • Mindset Attributes Strong execution orientation ability to turn strategy into measurable results
  • Collaborative, comfortable working across sales, engineering, delivery, and partner teams

  • Experience Qualifications 10+ years in alliances, solutioning, or business development roles with a focus on technology partnerships
  • Proven experience in developing joint solution architectures and GTM execution with global technology partners
  • Solid understanding of enterprise technology stacks, product engineering, and services integration
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue impact through alliances and solution-led GTM
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
