Role: Senior AI ML Developer/ Lead

Job role and Responsibilities:

1. Lead

   implementation of a cutting-edge AI & ML infrastructure

   , encompassing all facets from

   model inception to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices

   and quality standards.
2. Write

   product or system development code.

   Collaborate with

   peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure best practices amongst available technologies [Style Guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency]

3. Contribute to

   existing documentation /educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.

4. Experience with

   common data science related packages and ML frameworks.

5. Expertise in

   Agile Software Development Methodologies

   and using them efficiently
6. Working knowledge

   of LLMs with good understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning a huge plus. Implement NLP solutions, utilize ML infrastructure, and contribute to model optimization and data processing.

7. Take ownership of

   critical projects and initiatives, providing project leadership, and ensuring successful delivery through effective project management and communication.

8. Collaborate closely with

   data scientists to translate intricate model requirements into optimized data pipelines, ensuring impeccable data quality, processing, and integration.

9. Spearhead the

   establishment of best practices for model versioning, experiment tracking, and model evaluation to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

10. Architect and execute model deployment strategies, harnessing containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for exceptional scalability and reliability.

11. Engineer

    automated CI/CD pipelines that facilitate seamless model deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization.

12. Define and refine performance benchmarks, and optimize models and infrastructure to achieve peak efficiency, scalability, and robustness.

13. Remain at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, expertly integrating the latest advancements into our ML ecosystem.

Key Essential:

• Bachelors degree or

  equivalent practical experience.

• Shall have 2+ years of experience with

  software development in one or more programming languages

• Solid understanding of

  data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

  .

• Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts or techniques.

• ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).

• Expertise in

  orchestrating the development of end-to-end machine learning infrastructure for intricate and large-scale applications

• Sound problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for tackling complex technical and business problems. challenges.

• Machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent, coupled with Python programming.

• Software Engineering principles, Version Control-Git and Collaborative Development workflows.

• Adeptness with

  cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and utilization of cloud-native services for crafting robust ML infrastructure.
