Senior AI Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Ship AI-powered features

  end-to-end - from ideation and planning to development, deployment, and iteration based on user feedback.

• Design and build scalable backend systems

  using Python, FastAPI, Postgres, and Redis.

• Integrate and experiment with GenAI tools

  (OpenAI API, Gemini, etc.) to power intelligent product features.
• Work on

  long-running AI workflows

  using agents-sdk, tool calling, handoffs, and prompt orchestration.

• Collaborate across teams

  - product, design, data science, and infrastructure — to ensure smooth execution and alignment.

• Establish and uphold best practices

  in AI engineering, model integration, and code quality.
• Conduct

  code reviews

  unblock and mentor junior developers

  , and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture.
• Stay current with the

  latest models, frameworks, and techniques

  to continuously enhance quality and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years

  of hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, Postgres, and Redis.

• 1+ years

  of experience working with

  GenAI APIs and tools

  (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, etc.).
• Experience designing and maintaining

  robust distributed systems

  using Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
• Familiarity with

  Agile methodologies

  , including sprint planning and iterative delivery.
• Strong understanding of

  AI feature development workflows

  - including prompt engineering, tool integration, and runtime reliability.
• A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset - able to work independently while keeping stakeholders aligned.
