Senior AI Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI models to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights. Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers, to understand requirements, define project goals, and develop AI powered solutions. Analyse large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations. Clean, transform, and preprocess data to ensure its accuracy and reliability. Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI, Machine learning, and big data technologies. Identify and recommend new tools, methodologies, and best practices to improve data science capabilities within the organization. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists, helping them grow their skills and expertise in data science techniques and methodologies. Collaborate with external partners, such as research institutions or universities, to explore innovative AI approaches and foster collaborative research projects. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical guidelines while working with sensitive and confidential data. Preferred candidate profile Ph.D, Masters or Bachelors degree in computer science, AI, Mathematics, or a related field. 4+ years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field. Good mathematical understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, along with experience using DL frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch etc. Experience in REST API development Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
