Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Counsel prospective learners from the
US market
and guide them in mapping their career goals with upGrad programs.
Manage the
end-to-end admission process
outreach, counselling, follow-ups, and closure.
Achieve
weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets
consistently.
Maintain accurate learner data and interactions in the
CRM system
.
Stay updated with
global education trends
and represent upGrad in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure a smooth learner experience.
Work in
US shifts
(night hours)

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Bachelors degree (any discipline).
Experience:
2–5 years in
international admissions
,
overseas education counselling
, or
inside sales
(US market preferred).
Communication:
Strong verbal & written skills with a
US-neutral accent
.
Skills:
Proven ability to
achieve & exceed sales/enrollment targets
.
Proficient with
CRM tools
& MS Office.
Good relationship-building & consultative sales approach.
Mindset:
Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure.
Flexible to work
night shifts
and
6-day work weeks
