Senior Administrator

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager Administration, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the overall administrative functions of the company. Your role will involve strategic planning, people management, and ensuring process excellence to maintain smooth operations across facilities, vendor management, compliance, and workplace efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the entire administration function, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. - Oversee facility management, infrastructure, housekeeping, security, transport, and front-office operations. - Develop and implement policies, processes, and best practices for administrative efficiency. - Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance. - Drive initiatives for workplace safety, health, and environment (SHE). - Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational guidelines. - Support leadership with administrative planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Manage internal/external audits related to administration. - Lead and mentor the admin team to deliver high-quality support services. - Implement digital/admin tech tools for efficiency and sustainability initiatives. Key Requirements: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration / Management / Operations (preferred). - 12-18 years of progressive experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Corporate Services. - Proven experience in managing large facilities, vendor networks, and compliance. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Exposure to BFSI/financial services industry preferred. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
