Senior Admin Executive

Job Description- Admin

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily expenses and preparing expense reports and ensuring that all expenses are properly authorized and within budget, Handling office mail and deliveries
• Inventory management
• Organizing and maintaining files and records
• Performing general clerical duties
• Maintaining office supplies and inventory
• Assisting with special projects and events as needed

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
