Senior Admin Assistant / Project Admin, Group Development Management (Based in Bangalore, India)

The Role

This position will support the Development Managers in project administration.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in Project Development works at different stages.
• Administer SAP PO, ARIBA and related processes in Project Development
• Coordinate and liaise for Request for Proposal (RFP) and Tender administration processes.
• Support and compile matters pertaining to authority and statutory submission matters.
• Assist in compilation and coordinating for Quality standards, records, and documentation.
• Assist team / managers on payment processes, report and presentation preparation where required
• File documentations such as design drawings, contract documents, project correspondences & records.
• Maintain and organize filing system for paper and electronic documents.
• Data collection and compilation
• Provide support to coordinate on Audit matters and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction related/ building management/ development is preferred.
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Candidates with knowledge in SAP will have an added advantage.
• Someone who is meticulous, highly organized, self-initiated and team player
