Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Fugro Survey (India) Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records of customer payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.
Analyze and resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment issues.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address potential credit risks.
Prepare and review financial reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their accounts.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
