Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your role involves preparing and maintaining financial statements, MIS reports, and cost analysis specific to garment production. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory accounting, costing, and valuation of raw materials, work in progress (WIP), and finished goods. Your duties will include monitoring and reconciling export/import documentation, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Your key responsibilities will involve coordinating with auditors, tax consultants, and banks to ensure smooth operations. You will be required to track and analyze production costs, overheads, and profitability by order/style. Additionally, you will support management with budget planning, cash flow forecasting, and financial decision-making. Implementing strong internal controls to prevent errors, fraud, and ensure accuracy will be crucial to your role. Qualifications required for this position include a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Relevant work experience in financial management, cost analysis, and inventory accounting will be beneficial. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software are essential for success in this role. Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, and the work location is in person.,
