Job Profile

Accounting: End-to-end accounting through Tally ERP, General and Commercial Accounting, Invoice and bill booking, Provisioning, Debit Note / Credit Note / JV, Scrutiny of Ledgers and Finalization of Accounts and monitoring team
Revenue: Invoicing, maintaining Contract Master to ensure timely renewals, Standardized Revenue Realization policy, Credit Control.
Customer Management: Account Receivables, Ledger Reconciliation, Daily coordination, and correspondence, follow up for Collection.
Vendor Management: Accounts Payable, Vendor payments, Ledger Reconciliation, Daily coordination and correspondence, Vendor registration
Asset: Maintenance of Asset Register, Physical verification, Capitalization, Disposal, Depreciation computation
Taxation: Computation, Payment and Return Filing of GST, TDS, Service Tax, VAT, Profession Tax
Statutory Dues: Computation and Payment of GST and TDS Filling.
Bank: Bank reconciliation, Coordination and Correspondence with Bankers, Making Bank Payments (Customer, vendor payments)
MIS and Reporting: Monthly P&L, Monthly Provision, Collection Reports and Ageing
