Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally , accounts finalization, and various statutory filings. They must be well-versed in GST, PF, PT, MCA filings, and invoicing . The candidate should possess a B.Com or M.Com degree with a solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance regulations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records using Tally . Assist in the finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements. Handle GST calculations, filing, and reconciliations . Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations . Manage PF, PT, and other statutory filings . Ensure compliance with MCA filings and other regulatory requirements. Assist in audit preparations and coordinate with auditors. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Keep up-to-date with the latest accounting regulations and taxation policies. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate in B.Com or M.Com . Experience: Minimum 4 years of articleship experience in accounting and finance. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel , and accounting software. Knowledge of Taxation & Compliance: Strong understanding of GST, PF, PT, MCA filings , and other statutory requirements. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate and organized financial records. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication. Preferred Skills: Experience working in a corporate or CA firm environment . Familiarity with income tax and TDS compliance . Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
