Job description Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting; Accountancy/finance knowledge with, minimum 3-5 year of experience, NGO work experience is a plus. Good Communication Skills. Fluency in MS Office; knowledge of INSTA HMN Software is a plus. Tally.ERP9 in-depth knowledge for data input. Knowledge of GST,TDS and other statutory law. Ability to work in a team and fulfill accounting requirements in the Hospital. An ability to be self-driven and having a positive attitude. Ability to multitask under tight timelines. Prepare and maintain financial records, statements, and reports Perform month-end and year-end close processes. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Assist with audits and tax filings. Should be willing to work with the Foundation for a long period of time.
