Senior Accounts Executive

As an Accounting and Compliance specialist, your role involves recording and accounting for all bills and financial transactions in the accounting system. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with TDS and GST laws, preparing statutory returns data, and managing audits as needed. Your tasks will also include verifying and validating bills and supporting documents for compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Record and account for all bills and financial transactions - Ensure compliance with TDS and GST laws - Prepare statutory returns data and manage audits - Verify and validate bills and supporting documents for compliance For bank reconciliation, you will need to perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency in records. Promptly investigate and resolve any discrepancies that may arise. Additionally, you will be required to reconcile vendor accounts periodically to ensure alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform regular bank reconciliations - Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly - Reconcile vendor accounts periodically You will also be responsible for customer invoicing and account reconciliation. This includes preparing and raising service invoices to customers accurately and on time, maintaining and updating customer accounts, and performing periodic reconciliation of customer accounts to resolve any discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and raise service invoices to customers - Maintain and update customer accounts - Perform periodic reconciliation of customer accounts Monitoring and maintaining records of budgeted vs. actual expenditure is another crucial aspect of your role. You will need to provide detailed analysis and reports on budget variances to ensure financial accountability.
