Job Description

HIRING FOR SENIOR ACCOUNTANT /SENIOR EXECUTIVE FOR OUR AUTOMATIVE INDUSTRY Position-Senior Account /Senior Executive Experience-5 to 10yrs Experience in supporting the establishment of foreign corporations. Financial Management and Reporting: - Verification vouchers and managing documentation for financial transactions. Experience in cost settlements, Asset management and Taxation. - Conducting monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial settlements and reports. - Lead the preparation of periodic financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in using ERP systems, like SAP, and basic office applications. - Ensure import/export-related financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with accounting standards Experience in the automotive (or automotive parts) industry. Tax and Audit Compliance: - Preparation, Filling, Reconciliation of Monthly & Annual GST returns (GSTR1/GSTR3B / GSTR 9&9C) and proceeding refunds with documentations and ensure the internal control. - TDS Monthly remittance and Quarterly returns and issue of certificate 16 & 16A and withholding taxes. - company income tax related preparations and co-ordinations with auditor's - Custom duty payment and fillings of returns and documentation. Finance Operations: - Managing both domestic and international financial transfers and reporting. - Overseeing banking-related tasks (Account management, submission of payment documents) - Preparation of weekly, monthly and yearly budget and forecasting plan. Fixed Asset Management. Ensure asset additions and CWIP on regular basis and report. Ensure asset wise depreciation allocation. - Maintain of fixed asset register. Inventory Management. Monitor and ensure accurate inventory reporting in the financial system. Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure accurate inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS). Support the team in performing periodic inventory audits to ensure physical stock matches with financial records.
