Key Responsibilities

Maintain and oversee day-to-day accounting transactions and books of accounts.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income and expenditure reports.
Handle bank reconciliation, TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance.
Supervise billing, payments, receipts, and payroll accounting.
Coordinate with auditors for periodic audits and ensure timely submissions.
Maintain donor contribution records and prepare utilisation statements.
Assist management in budgeting, fund allocation, and cost analysis.
Ensure financial discipline and accuracy in all accounting processes.

Desired Skills

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Strong understanding of non-profit accounting and compliance (preferred).
Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
High integrity and attention to detail.
