Job Description

As an Accountant at our company, your role will involve preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. You will also be responsible for documenting financial transactions by entering account information, as well as handling financial data collection, entry, and report generation. Additionally, you will be required to deal with third parties, such as vendors, customers, and financial institutions. Your key responsibilities and duties will include: - Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries - Summarizing the current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements - Conducting auditing activities - Performing full charge bookkeeping, including all month and year-end journal entries - Compiling and preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements - Maintaining employee records - Collecting accounts receivable when necessary - Reconciling credit card receipts and statements monthly To qualify for this role, you should have: - Graduation degree - Previous job experience in accounts in any institution - Knowledge of Tally - Knowledge of GST and E WAY BILL - Familiarity with the latest accounts-related software In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, commuting expenses shall be sufficed under certain terms and conditions. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at our designated location.
