Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting:

  Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

• General Ledger:

  Maintain the general ledger, reviewing entries and account reconciliations (Bank, AR, AP).

• Compliance:

  Ensure compliance.

• Audit Support:

  Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and assist in internal audit processes.

• Analysis:

  Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management to support decision-making.

• Mentorship:

  Guide and review the work of junior accountants and assist in process improvements.

Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. [CPA / CA / ACCA / CMA] certification is highly preferred.

• Experience:

  [3-5+] years of progressive accounting experience.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in [QuickBooks, Zoho Books, NetSuite, SAP] and

  Advanced Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboard).

• Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
