Financial Analysis : Analyze financial data to summarize the company's financial status, identify trends, recommend ways to reduce costs, and forecast future performance. Audit and Control : Assist with internal and external audits, prepare necessary documentation, and develop accounting policies and internal controls to maintain and strengthen financial procedures. Mentorship : Train and guide junior accounting staff, reviewing their work to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies. Advanced Excel : Utilize advanced Excel skills, such as complex formulas, pivot tables, and "What If" analysis, for sophisticated data analysis and reporting.
