Role & responsibilities Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports. Handle accounts payable and receivable. Ensure the timely reconciliation of bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. Assist in financial reporting and budgeting processes. Work with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Collaborate with teams across Ceres NZ to ensure smooth workflow between both entities. Respond to queries related to accounting and financial processes. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field. Experience: 4-7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an overseas company. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes. A good academic background with strong attention to detail.
