Job Title: Senior Accountant Jai Durga Oil Extraction is a renowned Solvent Extraction and Refining unit for cooking oil and bran cake. It was incorporated in the year 2004 in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Since then, It has been more than 15 years that we are operating quite successfully. In a Short time period, JAI DURGA OIL has made a unique place in Central India with exceptionally high demand. Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with deep expertise in GST regulations and comprehensive account management . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining accurate records, and supporting strategic financial planning. This is a key role in managing end-to-end accounting functions, taxation, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Handle full-cycle accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) , and manage GST audits and reconciliations Monitor and manage Input Tax Credit (ITC) , reverse charges, and GST payments with full compliance Manage TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns and filings Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports Oversee accounts receivable/payable , vendor payments, invoicing, and credit control Ensure books are closed monthly and annually in a timely manner Lead account management functions including ledger scrutiny, trial balance finalization, and budgeting Maintain up-to-date knowledge of taxation and financial regulations Coordinate with external auditors and consultants for audit and compliance matters Train and supervise junior accounting staff to ensure quality and compliance Support strategic financial planning and cost analysis Required Skills Experience in managing accounting for medium to large enterprises Working knowledge of inventory accounting, payroll processing, and MIS reporting Ability to handle scrutiny and notices from GST and Income Tax departments Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (Master’s or CA Inter/CA preferred) Minimum 3–8 years of hands-on accounting experience , with significant exposure to GST compliance and tax filing Expertise in GST laws, return filing, reconciliation, and notices handling Strong command of accounting principles and financial regulations Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems Advanced Excel and data analysis skills Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and leadership skills What We Offer Friendly and creative work environment Opportunity to grow and take ownership of brand identity Learning and mentorship opportunities How to Apply Send your CV , portfolio (if any), and a few samples of your poster designs to: [appdoorbsp@gmail.com] [9329932627] Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Accounting: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
