Sr. Accountant – 5 to 10 Yrs Exp – 1 opening – Preferred Female Candidates with construction background CTC –2.5 to 4 lakhs Preparation and filing Monthly of GST, TDS, and PF Returns. Raising Invoice and Purchase orders to Customers and Vendors Follow-up with Client for payments and Processing of payment to Vendors. Maintained payroll and processed Salaries for staff. Maintaining books of account (Tally)and Petty Cash. Performing Bank Reconciliation (Interim and Final Reconciliation). Performing Month end tasks (Passing Journal entries for Accurals, Prepaid, and Utility Calculation. Preparation of Financial statements. Preparation of cash flow statements. Review of Voucher and recording of Journal entry in Tally. Tracked sales and customer information, producing monthly reports for upper management. Kept office documentation and filing system organized and updated
