We are currently hiring M.Com and MBA graduates (freshers or candidates with up to 12 months of experience) to join our expanding team as Senior Accounts Receivables Associates – International Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity to apply academic knowledge, gain international process exposure, and build a successful career in a high-demand global industry.

Who Can Apply:

• M.Com or MBA graduates (any stream)
• Freshers or professionals with up to 12 months of experience
• Willing to work in night shifts (US process)
• Confident, self-motivated, and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment

• Strong active listening and comprehension skills
• Fluent verbal communication in English
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
• Internet research and navigation capability
• Basic accounting calculations and reconciliations

• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
• Capacity to remain calm under pressure
