Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding client needs, and providing solutions to address their requirements. The role involves preparing reports, ensuring timely deliveries, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations. Located in Chennai, the individual will also track the performance metrics of accounts and ensure client satisfaction.

• Experience in Sales and Business Development
