  Minimum 2+ years in account management, digital marketing, or related roles

Key Responsibilities

• Work proactively to bridge communication between clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with teams and manage resources to ensure timely delivery of all client requirements.
• Receive and analyze client briefs, curate relevant content, and prepare final documentation for the creative team.
• Provide creative personnel with well-documented input and data support to ensure advertising strategies are clear, approved by clients, and effectively executed.
• Write and conceptualize creative briefs for projects and campaigns.
• Define content strategy guidelines, themes, and pitches aligned with brand objectives.
• Present strategic ideas and campaign conclusions to clients during meetings.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the agency’s digital expertise.
• Manage and execute digital activities as per client needs.
• Coordinate quotations, assist with client invoices, and ensure timely collection of account receivables.
• Prepare and manage monthly performance reports for all assigned accounts.
