*Love for CRICKET isa must for this* The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a leadership position in the market by contributing to: Success of a set of assigned client accounts (leading to account renewals and upsells) by providing clutter-breaking content strategy and effective execution of the strategy Acquisition of new client accounts by providing clutter-breaking content strategy during pitches Creation of innovative, creative solutions across platforms Smooth inter-department collaboration through timely, accurate and complete dispensing and collection of information Role Responsibilities & Deliverables 1. Strategic Receive medium - large client briefs and decode them with the team Review client briefs received & decoded by the Senior Management Work with content partners to generate new concepts and opportunities Create case studies along with the Account Management team to be used for award entries, partnerships and pitches 2. Communication & Coordination Regular touch-base calls and meetings with clients to provide updates, collect feedback, build relationship, understand clients strategic / growth plans and identify upsell opportunities Daily communication with clients to provide updates and collect feedback Ensure timely and prompt action (by the team) basis client feedback Ensure timely and proactive response to client emails (by self and by team) Review accuracy and completeness of information to be shared with functional teams Coordinate with functional teams to ensure timely, accurate and complete delivery of client work 3. Account Management Brainstorm with relevant teams for client pitches and execution of briefs Ensure accurate referencing and industry benchmarking by the team Review all postings going on social media platforms Attend shoots and music recordings Vendor management for outsourced work Maintain and create campaign cost sheets Review and share weekly JSRs with clients Client on-boarding Review and vet presentations created (by the team) for client meetings, internal management meetings and case studies Pitch new concepts to existing clients , based on specifically identified needs of the client Industry benchmarking is based on the competitor analysis process. Identify process improvements, new potential offerings and internal training needs basis the same 4. Content Strategy Decode briefs along with the senior management team Content strategy and execution plan basis the decoded client brief for campaigns Content strategy for new client pitches Pitch mid-size campaigns to clients along with the senior management team Experiment with new content formats that can be utilized for client pitches, client briefs and new partnerships Search for new trends and insights that can be utilized for client pitches, client briefs and new partnerships 5. Creative Execution Create contextual, innovative content Collaborate with functional teams for executing client briefs Work closely with arts & graphics, video and production teams to co-create content Write concepts and final scripts, and create storyboards with the art team Quality check and vet social media content & responses, SEO content, brand website content, blog content and final scripts written by the team Conduct aesthetic checks and edits during pre-production and production stage Attend shoots and music recordings to supervise work quality and processes Conceptualize ideas related to influencer associations Ensure accurate referencing and industry benchmarking by the team 6. Reports Ensure timely collection of data and inputs from functional teams for the purpose of social media and brand analysis report creation Review reports created for social media and brand analysis
