Senior Account Executive

to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a strong ability to identify opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires someone with a proven track record in managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing and account management—while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Manage the complete sales process, including lead qualification, product presentations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to tailor sales strategies and deliver impactful client solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business goals, challenges, and market landscape.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide insights to help clients maximize value from products or services.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to clients' businesses.
  • Provide management with accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders to influence product development and improve the sales process.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with marketing to generate and convert qualified leads through campaigns and events.
  • Work with product and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sales support.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and share best practices for prospecting, closing, and relationship management.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-7 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within a B2B or technology-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas consistently.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of the sales process with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and sales automation software.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
