We are having an urgent job opening for Sr. Account Director Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the account management team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and results. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to drive long-term partnerships and revenue growth. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and innovative solutions that align with their objectives and drive business impact. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute account strategies, forecasts, and budgets to achieve revenue targets and profitability. Lead client meetings, presentations, and reviews, showcasing agency capabilities, results, and value propositions. Drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing organic growth strategies, and expanding service offerings to meet client needs. Ensure the successful execution of marketing and advertising campaigns, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Utilize data analytics, market research, and industry insights to drive strategic decision-making, optimize campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities. Support the business in leveraging your expertise to navigate the public sector's complexities and nuances to create breakthrough communications. Maintain knowledge of competitive trends within the category and recognize and address barriers to acquisition. Drive thought leadership and strategic deliverables for the brand's future and identify great creative ideas in their infancy. Manage the relationship of the partner agencies active on business. Develop strong relationships with both our clients and your counterparts on the Creative and Strategy teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the account management team and across departments, promoting teamwork, creativity, and accountability. Skills/ Competencies Required: Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client service. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including clients, senior leadership, and internal teams. Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive business growth for clients and the agency. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and campaign performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making. Deep understanding of the advertising, marketing, and communications industry, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices. Experience in managing large and complex client accounts, building and maintaining long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines within budget constraints. Financial acumen to analyze budgets, forecast revenues, and optimize resource allocation for client projects.
