> Evaluate applications for accessibility compliance under WCAG, AODA, and related standards.
> Perform functional and non functional accessibility testing.
> Identify, document, and validate accessibility issues across applications.
> Work with SMEs, developers, and analysts to ensure regulatory compliance.
> Create and maintain accessibility test cases and automation scripts.
> Use tools like Axe, JAWS, NVDA, Accessibility Insights, WAVE, and PDF evaluators.
> Support multiple teams with guidance on accessible design and implementation.
> 8+ years of accessibility compliance experience.
> Expert knowledge of WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA, WAI ARIA, AODA.
> Experience with accessibility automation tools and assistive technologies.
> Strong background in QA, functional testing, and scripting.
> Ability to create structured, scalable accessibility test cases.
> Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to work independently.
