Senior Academic Coordinator

As a Senior Academic Coordinator at Whistling Woods International, your role involves coordinating courses, liaising with faculty and students on academic and administrative matters, organizing events, guest lectures, and seminars. You will also be expected to maintain records for administrative purposes and ensure smooth communication flow between HOD, faculty, and students. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting faculty with academic schedules, maintaining school records, and supervising during examinations and events. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate courses at Whistling Woods International - Liaison with faculty and students on Academic and Administrative Matters - Organize events, Guest Lectures, and Seminars - Liaison with industry personnel, organizations, etc. for seminars, guest lectures, events, meetings, among others - Assist faculty with academic schedules - Maintain records for administrative purposes - Supervise during examinations and events - Assist during events held on and off campus - Be on panels for interviews during admission cycles Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Student Coordination and academic coordination - Good communication skills In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the role also involves maintaining all school records, including marks, assignment briefs, ensuring timely grading, and assisting during admission cycles. The shift timings for this position are from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, and the job location is Goregaon East (Filmcity).
