About the Role
As an Academic Coordinator, you will lead and mentor our team of teachers, streamline academic processes, and ensure that every child receives a high-quality learning experience full of joy and discovery.

Key Responsibilities and KRA (KPIs)

• Curriculum and Lesson Delivery Excellence
• Ensure smooth curriculum planning, timeline tracking, and implementation across all grades.
• Teacher Training and Classroom Observation

Conduct regular training, feedback sessions, and performance monitoring to uplift teaching standards.

• Student Academic Growth and Assessments

Plan assessments, analyze learning outcomes, and introduce strategies for academic improvement.Perks & benefits:

Who We Are Looking For:

1. Strong communication and leadership skills.
2. Relevant experience in school academics and experience in handling teachers - training, evaluation, etc. Experience of minimum 1 year required.3. Proactive, organized and passionate about education - You will be incharge of leading events and academics in school.
