Measure current-voltage and capacitance-voltage characteristics of semiconductor devices at wafer level.
Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities
-
Load a wafer into a probe station and align the wafer.
-
Connect probes to semiconductor analyzers and switch matrix with cables.
-
Land probe tips on the pads of specified devices in a wafer.

Run software to control the semiconductor analyzer to measure the devices
-
Communicate with the modeling engineers on the measurement progress and problems.

Identify and investigate measurement abnormalities.

Directly assist Modeling team
Minimum Requirements
- BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Ability to self-adjust priorities over the course of the day
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow written instructions for measurement setups.
- Exhibit strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to quality mindset with attention to details
- Motivated by continuous improvement and improving work efficiency and responds to manager’s comments/suggestion
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs and ramps and to push/pull carts that carrying measurement equipment.
- Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 35 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with semiconductor analyzers/source monitoring units
- Understand basic electrical circuit theory
- Exposure to semiconductor device physics
- basic programming skills
