Roles & Responsibilities

Handle
80% outbound/inbound calls
and
20% chat/email support
in a blended process.
Support customers in making
easy EMI purchases
under a Buy Now, Pay Later model.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries, solving issues, and guiding customers.
Maintain professional communication and meet process KPIs (quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction).
Work as part of a global support team in a
247 US shift environment
.
